The primary focus of my work is in the Healthcare and Technology sectors where I deliver Performance Coaching, Management & Leadership Training and Career Development programmes. I combine broad commercial experience with the science of Positive Psychology, HR and Business Consulting to deliver a highly personal service to my clients.

Continuing to invest heavily in professional development I’m building on my qualifications in Coaching, Career Management, HR and Psychometrics by researching and studying for an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology – the scientific study of a meaningful life. My specific areas of interest and research are: Coaching Psychology, Strengths-based Development & Recruitment, Courage & Vulnerability, and Resilience through Change. I have also started to develop my own model for managing change positively called icanology®. The model helps one navigate change by considering: Imagination, Choice, Action & Network.
